Artful Tales - Novel Study - March

$110.00

Artful Tales: Novel Study & Art is a literature-based class designed for middle and high school students who enjoy reading, creativity, and thoughtful discussion. This program blends independent reading with guided art projects that deepen comprehension and help students make meaningful connections to the text.

Each month, students will study a selected novel. The book is included in the cost of the class and will be provided at the first meeting. During that initial session, students will receive their book and participate in an introduction art project designed to build background knowledge and prepare them for the story.

Each week, students will read an assigned portion of the novel at home. In class, we’ll discuss the reading together and complete an art project inspired by the themes, characters, or ideas from the text. Projects encourage critical thinking, creativity, and personal expression while reinforcing comprehension.

This class is led by a licensed teacher and reading specialist, providing intentional instruction and meaningful discussion in a supportive, engaging environment. Tuesdays 4:00-5:30 PM

  • $110 per month

  • Novel included (distributed at first class)

  • Weekly art projects connected to the reading

  • Literature discussion & comprehension support

  • Led by a licensed teacher & reading specialist

  • Meets weekly | Monthly enrollment
